Wash everything. Cut off strawberry stems. Slice and remove apple cores.
I typically use 2 apples, half a box of spinach, 5 strawberries, a handful of blueberries, and a quarter banana.
Add about a cup of water (distilled/filtered) to a blender.
Add in fruit and veggies.
Squeeze in a quarter lemon.
Add little ice to blender to make it cold.
Blend to desired granularity.
I like to peel the apples, think it makes it taste better but it also helps if apples give you gas 😉
If you put in tupperware and refrigerate it’ll last about 2 days.
Bread Crumbs (Panko)
Follow Gordon Ramsay’s method to prepare and batter the Fish. Salt raw fish and let rest to allow it to firm. Coat in seasoned flour. Bathe in egg mixture w/ squeeze of lemon. Coat in Breadcrumb,salt/pepper,Dill,Leek.
Pan fry with olive-oil at medium-low heat. I cover the skillet when cooking the first side, then uncover when flipped.
Peel, chop and blanch potatoes. Season with Cajun Spice, Paprika, etc. Bake at 350 for half-hour. Gordon Ramsay puts the chips in a slices of buttered bread loaf, like a sandwich, but I think this is a recipe for constipation.. so just eating them like fries works also.
Mix Mayo, Worcestershire sauce, Lemon and Sriracha in quantities to taste.
Cod fish work real well.
I Like Panko for the breadcrumbs.
Sweet potatoes are good for the chips.
Covering the skillet when cooking the first side of the Fish, then uncover when flipped – helps cook the fish on all sides and not burn the batter.
Home-made Fish Fingers with a Chip Butty – Gordon Ramsay
Homemade fish fingers
Crispy Fish Fingers
Vegetable Stock (Collard Greens, garlic, carrots, onion, mushroom)
Chicken Broth (optional)
Mirin or Beer
Chilli (arbol or japonese)
Onion (white or yellow)
Meat or Fish
Make a completed vegetable soup dish like Collard Greens, the most important ingredients being a green leaf like collards, garlic and some type of onion. Cook until leafy green is soft and flavorful.
Separately cook Ramen noodles to aldente, drain and set aside.
Mix half-and-half proportions of vegetable stock and chicken broth (or beef broth) – bring to a boil.
Mix in Mirin, Soy Sauce, Salt & Pepper to broth mixture to taste.
Add chopped Jalapeño to mix (the earlier the better to allow jalapeño to release oil heat throughout the cooking process.)
Add squeezed Lemon and Lime juice.
Add Shiitake Mushrooms.
After stock mixture has time to cook and meld to its final flavor, lower to simmer.
Plate with a medium-large bowl.
Add small layer of Garnish to bottom of empty bowl – small slices of lemon, lime, diced green onion, chopped jalapeño, dollop of wasabi, and a couple boiled egg slices.
Add a healthy portion of cooked Ramen on top of first layer of garnishes.
Pour in broth mixture.
Add another layer of garnishes to bowl along with sliced meat or a fillet of fish.
Top with sriracha for extra spice flavor.
The ramen noodle in the instant ramen packets work well (don’t use the seasoning packet!).
A miso broth is another option.

Liquor (Brandy, Whiskey, Rum, Beer)
Add ingredients in hot mug.
The main ingredients are lemon, cinnamon, and some kind of booze. Everything else is optional or to your taste.
Seems to work with any kind of liquor. I like Brandy, Whiskey, or Rum best.
Beer also works. IPA’s are good.

Miso Broth mix
Mirin Rice Wine
Chop mushrooms, Green Onion, Tofu, any other veggies and set aside.
Start with water or broth from Collard Greens (depending on how much of the collards taste you want in the soup).
Add Miso Broth mix.
Add Mushrooms and Tofu and let boil.
As veggies soften add Mirin if needed based on taste tests.
Soup is done when vegetables are softened to desired level and liquid is reduced so physical ingredients are about even with broth – so a spoon-full collects good amount of ingredients and both.
Garnish with Green Onion and Wasabi to taste.
Even though technically mirin rice wine is technically included with the miso mix sometimes the flavor doesn’t really come through. Use extra mirin and add to taste.
I’ve been using Miso & Easy and it’s turned out well.
Medium-firm tofu seems to work out well. You can boil it for a long time and it holds its structure, but at the same time adds nice tasting particulates in the soup.
I like to use pre-made Wasabi in a tube.
Salt + Pepper
Chop all ingredients and mash together to preferred chunkiness.
A bean masher comes in handy for mixing ingredients, but a fork also works well.
Salt + Pepper
Chop it all up, mix and refrigerate.
Be careful not to put in too much lime, it can overpower the mix and make it too acidic.
You can add corn and black-beans to make it a pico-de-gallo.
